以物流匹配换热规则对空分系统进行分析，以氮气产量最大为目标函数，系统能量平衡为约束条件，对整个系统的操作条件以不可行路径的逐次二次规划进行了优化设计，结果表明优化结果合理，使整个系统具有根强的竞争力。
Abstract：The optimization design for an air separation system is studied.The optimization strategy is successive quadratic programming with infeasible path.The obective function is the maximum products of nitrogen.The constraints are energy balance of the whole system.The results are reasonable and the manufacture system of nitrogen becomes more competitive.
