Abstract:Compared the differences between supercritical fluid gas anti solvent recrystallization and conventional methods. Using SCF CO 2 GAS recrystallize bilirubin in dimethyl sulphoxide solution, and it can obtain microparticle with different morphology when volumetric expansivity more than 5. The powder X ray diffraction patterns show nonequilibrium microparticle bilirubin exist, and this method has a potential ability to produce powder blends, intimated mixture of amorphous material for various purposes.
