在具有垂直挡板和蛇管的工业通用搅拌槽式反应器中,用一维激光多普勒测速仪测定了直径为0.5m和1.0m搅拌槽中的流场分布。建立了流体力学模型。通过求解柱坐标下的运动方程,得到了流场分布的解析解。并由此确定出,搅拌槽中的流场分布受泵流准数、循环准数及边界条件的影响
Abstract:One dementional Laser Doppler velocimeter was used to measure the fluid velocity profile in typical industrial stirred tanks of 0.5m and 1.0m diameters with vertical baffles and coiled pipe. By solving Navier Stokes equation in cylindrical coordinates, the analytical solution was obtained. Conclusion was obtained that the distribution of fluid velocity in stirred tanks was affected by flow rate number
