苯乙烯反应挤出聚合过程的实验研究

摘要:

在SHL-f 35型紧密啮合同向旋转双螺杆挤出反应器中采用活性聚合引发体系,进行了苯乙烯反应挤出合成聚苯乙烯的研究。用静态实验法对一组螺杆结构的填充度分布和粘均分子量沿螺杆轴向分布进行计算。同时对单体在挤出反应器中的聚合过程进行了研究,提出了在活性聚合体系下,反应挤出合成聚苯乙烯两段聚合过程机理。

Abstract:

The experiments of reactive extrusive processes for the synthesis of polystyrene by living initiated bulk polymerization in a co-rotating close intermeshing twin screw extruder were described. The axial distribution of filling factor and the viscosity average molecular weight of the material were investigated relating to the screw configuration. It is revealed that during the polymerization, the screw configuration used in the reactive extrusive processes has a dominant influence on the polymer properties.
