PVC/PUA半互穿网络的制备及性能Preparation and properties of semi-interpenetrating polymer networks composed of PVC/polyurethane-acrylate

摘要(Abstract):
以聚丙二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)合成了以不饱和双键封端的聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯预聚体(PUA),利用PUA、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)和聚氯乙烯糊树脂(PVC)为主要原料,制备了PUA/PVC半互穿网络复合材料。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析(TGA)、差热扫描量热仪(DSC)等对复合材料的结构及性能进行了表征,着重考察了TMPTMA/PUA的比例对材料力学性能和热性能的影响。结果表明:PUA的加入可提高复合材料的热稳定性和耐磨性;当TMPTMA/PUA比例为50/50时,材料断裂伸长率提高90.7%,耐磨性能也有一定程度的提高。
